At the time of your birth, the placement of the planets and stars was imprinted on your subtle energy body. This energy became part of your being, creating specific tendencies that allow for the unfolding of your path in this lifetime.

What is Yogic Astrology?

Yogic Astrology is a science and art that examines the effect of the cosmos at the time of your birth and other life events. With this insight, we can decipher your highest spiritual potential and give you the tools to obtain it.

This lineage comes through the great sage and astrologer, Swami Sri Yukteswar, through master teacher Drupada. While some Astrology lineages focus on prediction of fate and future events, Universe Embodied has a more empowering approach.

We’ll interpret how the planets shape your unique psychological and spiritual aspects, and remind you of your free will, the choices you want to make with the tools you have been given to cultivate. You have the opportunity to experience, learn, grow and ultimately transcend karmic cycles.

Using yogic practices -- meditation, asana, pranayama, and the yamas and niyamas, the chakras and their planetary energies -- we can enter the highest vibrations. Sessions Look Like:

  • In this initial session, I’ll examine the effect of the planets at the time of your birth and how that energy manifests through your life in the form of specific karmic patterns. You’ll learn the Universe Embodied guided meditation to connect with the planetary energy held in the chakras, helping you release and transcend the karmic patterns that have been negatively affecting you. My goal for this session is for you to find peace, stability, and ultimately freedom to grow to your highest potential.

  • The Spiritual Guidance Session is for those that have had an initial birth chart reading, and are ready to go deeper into understanding the higher self. In this session we build on the work started in your birth chart reading to bring healing to specific areas of life - relationships, finances, career, and health. You will receive personalized healing practice recommendations based on your specific planetary patterns, designed for the highest spiritual potential. In this session, you’ll learn to use the Universe Embodied tools in a deeper, more impactful way to take your spiritual evolution to a higher level.
